  9. To make chili sweet & sour sauce, in a clean bowl, add 1 tablespoon of ketchup, 1 teaspoon of white vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon of sriracha, a dash of grated ginger and a dash of salt. Mix well and make sure the sugar is all dissolved. I added ¼ tsp of sriracha but you can add more if you like the sauce spicier
