- 2 tbs Soy sauce
- 1 tbs Oyster sauce
- 2 tsp Hondashi (dashi powder)

- Preparation: ●Wash and slice the Bitter Melon. Don't forget to remove the middle seed. The thinner you cut, the less bitter it tastes! Add 1 tablespoon of salt, gently rub the Bitter Melon, Add a little water and let it wait for at least 10 minutes. Then wash and drain the water.
