- Pour Pizza Sauce over chicken, sprinkle with a dash of optional dried Basil and/or Oregano, then sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese. Place 2 – 4 Pepperoni slices on each Chicken Breast and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes covered, or until done. Enjoy! Optional: Top with parmesan cheese and/or red pepper flakes for a little heat.
- Notes- you can cook chicken however you want then when its done add sauce pepperoni and cheese(until the cheese melts). I grilled my chicken. You can use an inside grill I used the ninja foodie grill. Can bake in the oven, endless of choices on how to make.
